New Brands Launch

Hello All,

It is with excitement that I announce this momentous time in our business where Pattersons Insurerbuild will take another generational step forward with the introduction of our new specialised brand structure. Over the coming month you will see some subtle changes with our look and the way we identify ourselves with certain types of building projects. These changes whilst having minimal impact to clients will provide great benefit with specialised operational capabilities identified via our new brands.

The Pattersons theme remains but we now have 4 easily identifiable brands.


Pattersons Insurerbuild – Our flagship National Brand- now dedicated to managing fast track volume building works ranging from $500-$ 20,000. Note: The new brands below are sub divisions of this brand.


Pattersons Commbuild – Large loss, complex claims and commercial projects. An identifiable division with specialist project managers, site supervisors, drafts people, contract administrators, estimators, trades and support teams with the experience and capabilities of managing large and complex building projects.


Pattersons Medibuild – Pharmacy, Medical & Aged Care specialist. An identifiable division with specialist store & retail designers, project managers, supervisors, trades and support teams with the specialised industry experience.


Pattersons Build Group – is a company which all our brands come under the one umbrella. It won’t have any trading practices. All our email addresses will change to and will function as the hub website of the Pattersons brands.

What changes will you notice?

  • Your building works will be handled by the right people with the right skill sets every time
  • You can call on the main line 1300 722 272 or to the direct line of your required division (Managers will be in touch locally with details)
  • Our email addresses will change to

What doesn’t change?

  • Invoices/payments remain the same to Pattersons Insurerbuild
  • Our experienced file/client managers will work across all brands. It’s the technical support behind them that will be different depending on the claim (which is identified by the new brand) i.e. Project Manager, Site Supervisors etc.
  • Our friendly and courteous staff are all here and even more enthusiastic than ever
  • We are a united company working to ensure we exceed the needs and expectations of our clients
