Promotion

The Patterson’s Insurerbuild team is pleased to announce that Belkez Lang has been promoted to the role of Client Manager.

Belkez started with Pattersons in February this year and has progressed through administration to customer care and file management.

Bekez was selected to assist our Senior customer care team with servicing major clients due to her excellent customer service skills.

Belkez has demonstrated empathy and excellent communication skills to create and maintain good relationships with our clients and the insured.

The Senior customer care team continued to coach and mentor Belkez to the point where she is now able to step into the role as a dedicated Client Manager.
