The Patterson’s Insurerbuild team is pleased to announce that Caitlin Roberts has been promoted to the role of West Australia Operations Manager.

Caitlin started her career with Pattersons in 2012 as an Administration Support team member at our Western Australia Branch. She then worked her way up to File Manager and was promoted to WA Office manager in 2015. During her time as Office Manager the branch consolidated its team and expanded our market share in WA.

Caitlin relocated to our NSW branch to assist in training new staff for two weeks and ended up staying for nine months! During that time Caitlin provided leadership and mentoring to the staff and developed her management skills.

Following a brief return to Perth, Caitlin jumped at the opportunity to work at our Head Office in Melbourne to further develop her industry knowledge and career opportunities. Caitlin was a valued part of the Melbourne team for 12 months, before returning home to Perth.

Caitlin is passionate about supporting her team members to achieve through providing great customer service and has always responded to our business challenges.
