Kristy Bugeja has been promoted to the role of:

• Team Leader – NSW

Kristy joined Pattersons in August 2017, as File Manager at our Sydney Branch, having spent the previous 11 years within the insurance industry.

Altogether, Kristy has worked in the building industry for over 16 years and has extensive knowledge of how the home repair claim process works.

During her years in the industry, Kristy has gained valuable insights from having worked through numerous CAT events and has demonstrated that she is more than capable of stepping up during peak events.

Kristy has been an integral part of the team over the last 5 years, and has made a positive impact at Pattersons, always willing to support the Sydney Customer Care team by offering her knowledge of internal processes and systems, and assisting with day to day procedures  and   operational  requirements.
